I am Councilor Stewart, the vice chair, uh, of this committee joining me, our councilors, McMaster, voting members, counselors, McMaster and Elli, and non-voting member, uh, counselor Ella. Um, this provides notice of a quorum for the record and in accordance with the open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on a local cable access channel, MMTV, as well as being live streamed on the MMTV website and available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's meeting portal. So, uh, without objection, I will open the floor for public comment. This is the portion of the meeting
