▶ 0:03 Christopher Cinella: Good evening. Welcome to the Public Service Committee. It is, uh, July 24th. Time is seven 15. I am Councilor Ella, the Vice Chair of the committee. Uh, with me this evening are voting members, councilors, oppe, car Machete, and President Greg Exofficio, along with non-voting member counselor Jamal Ledine. Um, we have one order before us this evening, and if without objection, um, I'd like to now open up the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, public comment is now open. Would any of the people in the audience tonight like to come forward? Is there anybody online? There are no attendees online at this time. Hey, There are nobody in the seats in this room. And we also have a non-voting member, Councillor Melli with us this evening.

And we have one appointment for us, the reappointment of Robert Christensen to the Melrose Park Commission for a term set to expire on the first Monday of May, 2025. Councilor gpe, um, I will make a motion to recommend for passage. Second Motion made for passage by Councilor gpe, seconded by Counselor Carrum Shady. Any discussion? President gti? Thank you, Mr. Vice Chair. Just a, um, point of information if Mr. Clerk, if you could clarify, it says a three year term that expires on May of May, 2025, which is two years. So happy to move forward, but if we could get clarification on the, which of those two timeframes is correct. Thank you,
