Joining me are Vice Chair Stewart Voting members. Uh, councilor McMaster, councilor Elli, councilor Grigoraitis and non-voting members, counselor KA Shady, councilor Jamine and Councilor Sin. Um, this is, um, this is Notice of a Quorum. The, this, uh, meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MTV and will be available online at the city website, www.cityofmelrose.org. At this time, if there are no objections, and with the unanimous consent, I will open, uh, the public comment portion of our meeting, seeing, uh, no objections.
