I'm Councilor Jamaleddine, the Chair, and joining me tonight, voting Member, Vice Chair Garipay, Councilor Migliorelli, Karamcheti, Obremski, and President Cinella. Non-voting Member, Councilor Eccles, Stewart, McMaster, and Williams. this provides notice of the quorum for the record in accordance to the open meeting law at this time I will entertain a motion to open public comment okay we have a motion made by president Sinella seconded by vice chair Garipay all in favor any opposed okay public comment is now open this is the time when anyone from the public wishing to speak or comment on any item
