▶ 0:00 Leila Migliorelli: All right, all right, here we go. So welcome everyone, the time is 7.02 and it is Monday, May 10th, and this is a meeting of the Finance Committee. I'm Chairwoman Lila Migliorelli and I'm joined tonight by Vice Chair Rob Stewart and Voting Members Counselors Garipay, Jamaleddine, Tramontozzi, and President Cinella, ex oficio, and non-voting members Councilor Thomas. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's March 15th order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. This meeting of the Finance Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.

If there is no objection, I'd like to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we're now open for public comment where anyone can speak on the one order we have before the committee tonight. Madam clerk, we have 1 gentleman in the room. I think he's waiting for the next meeting, but let's just check if he'd like to speak. Could you raise your digital hand? Yeah, I'm assuming not this time. We haven't gotten a lot of emails about this order. So I'm assuming he wants here to talk about it. If there's no objection, I'd like to close public comments.

Their only order we have on our agenda for discussion tonight is order 2021 dash 114. the transfer of the surety bond of the Melrose city clerk. ▶ 2:45 just a little brief. Sure, so the surety bond ensures the City Clerk and it was under the former City Clerk's name, so we had to transfer that over the attorney out of Rockport.
