I'm joined by Vice Chair Mark Garipay, Voting Member Councillor Eccles, Councillor Tramontozzi, No, councilor Stewart, president ex oficio, Jennifer, Grigoraitis. Non voting Member christen Ella. Sean McMaster and city council or Maya. I believe I am a voting member. Mr. I apologize for that oversight. The information I have in front of me is incorrect. So I stand corrected pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order, suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place.

▶ 5:01 and good news, not bad, which is always a good thing. Winthrop School PTO had approached me a year ago to replace some playground equipment that was kind of aging out. They wanted to upgrade and add a few other pieces to it and having the PTO make a donation towards that. Then COVID hit and we all kind of went silent and in the meantime one of the pieces of equipment that we were thinking of changing split. The triple slide got a big slice in it which was a safety issue so we took down the slide we went back to the pto and after some discussion we decided that the city would put in the amount of money it would have cost us to replace the slide if they were willing to make a substantial contribution you know with other upgrades that
▶ 5:58 they had planned on doing which they agreed to and i think you guys all have it in the packet the pieces of equipment that they're going to upgrade to which is the um net the tri-net in the erratic climber so amanda i don't know if you want to add to no i think you covered everything thanks john um jen was also involved in our conversations as the um city um counselor for the ward business could raise thank you counselor thomas and thank you ms bell and ms frederick for being here tonight i just wanted to reiterate that i'm really appreciative of the partnership between the city and the pto to not just replace the unsafe piece of the structure but actually be able to work together to make it better for
