▶ 44:41 Jen Grigoraitis: Suggestion for this body, given that I'm assuming this pro, because Alice needs to be a part of both our conversation on the poll and our conversation in appropriations is that we move through our agenda through item 5 in the council agenda and then we can recess to go back. To appropriations, so is there if unless there's. An objection or desire to recess that would be my suggestion for how we move forwards, which would bring us to approval of minutes. ▶ 45:35 Robb Stewart: councillor stewart thank you madam president uh i'd like to uh make note and uh amend the order 2021-14 on october 5th minutes um where it was claimed that the vote was unanimous for the street uh street sweeper and uh in fact i do not believe that was the case i believe there were two votes in dissent uh on that evening i like to have the record uh correct to state that practice okay so i just we have a so this is on discussion in an existing motion so um if we want to either we can withdraw the motion to sorry there's a lot of proof the minutes or um we can have that motion fail and then address these minutes the issue that you raised sure um they do need to be amended so um i would be voting no against this and then if you okay we can take it

Madam president Wednesday, I think, as everyone knows is veterans day and at 11 a.m. at the know, the city will be commemorating its latest addition to the memorials there at the know to reflection area.

▶ 1:15:33 Shawn M. MacMaster: The event is open to the public, of course, with proper social distancing. So, hopeful that members of the public as well as my colleagues may be able to join the Veterans Advisory Board as well as Mayor Broder. Also, Madam President, later that evening at 6 PM, the Special Committee on Rules will be meeting. This will be one of several meetings occurring over the next couple of months. These are working meetings in nature. So, they're a bit different than than some of our other meetings. I've consulted with Mr and camping just to ensure that a working meeting meets the, the appropriate standards of a public meeting of the council. So, that meeting will occur at 6 PM for members of the of the council who are not on the committee.
