▶ 1:31:54 Jen Grigoraitis: to announce that under section 2-2b of the city charter i have created a special rules committee which is tasked with reviewing the rules of the city council particularly in thinking about how we as the first council in the history of the city to conduct virtual meetings wants to refine some of the rules under which we operate um i'm grateful to counselor mcmaster for agreeing to chair this committee and to counselors Garipay stewart mcnaught and eccles for agreeing to serve the committee is subject to open meeting law and pursuant to current rule 36 they will bring their recommendations to the legal and legislative committee prior to our caucus in december so thank you all motion to return second so we have a motion to adjourn made by councillor
