This meeting is now called to order. And will the Clerk, Kristen Foote, please call the roll? motion to open the floor for public comment so moved the motion and a second has been made to open the floor for public comment all in favor opposed public comment is now open this is the portion of our meeting where anyone from the public can come to speak to anything on this night's agenda this is for the caucus meeting only seeing none is there a motion to close
