Present are Committee Members Councillor Frank Wright, Councillor Michael Sorko, and Ex Officio Member and President Scott Forbes. Also, non-committee members in attendance are Councilor Bob Boisselle, Councilor John Tramontozzi, Councilor Sean McMaster, and Councilor Jeff McNaught. This meeting is being recorded pursuant to Massachusetts General Law's Chapter 30A, Section 22A, broadcast live on MMTV and live-streamed on mmtv3.org. With this order, it's our professional service account, which covers our part-time inspectors and our covering inspectors for when we're on vacation

Zwirko: a part-time inspector and we've exhausted those funds it's been extremely busy over the last four months and we're looking to replenish the account thank you for being here this evening on this order just a very brief set of questions here so you said that you want to replenish the account so this is obviously going to be for inspector work going forward this is not for retroactive payment or services correct yes we're down I think we're almost out right now and how long do you think about like what's the time frame that thirty thousand dollars should give you I mean I know it's based on work but generally speaking hoping to get us through to May somewhere in there and is the hope that if that gets us through May hopefully there'll be a larger
▶ 3:41 budget item line for some maybe some full-time inspector work here it's possible I'm just was given the $30,000 amount that was available and that was without that's what is there available to fund the account as of today and this is for only for building inspector so this monies won't be used for any of the upgrades to the system for permitting that you've previously requested correct no this is just for inspection purposes and uh it actually the i will be bringing back a retired electrical inspector he was involved in the development of it and we're real close to getting it going so um i will be bringing him back for a few you know maybe 20 25 hours just to finish it up and he'll be able to concentrate just on that so we could get it up and get it
▶ 4:31 Manisha Bewtra: running good to know thanks for the update those are the only questions i had at this time madam chair thank you any further uh council right please motion to recommend second uh on discussion motion uh to recommend for passage has been made by council right and seconded by counselors rurko on discussion uh all in favor aye aye order 2020-43 has been recommended for passage and will be sent to the full board um also may um i'd like to entertain a motion to attach the memo uh that would that we received this afternoon from director johnson um uh basically stating what we just heard tonight uh sorry lost my place um all right so order 2020-43 has been recommended for passage a motion to adjourn so moved second all in favor aye aye any opposed finance committee stands
