▶ 0:49 And let me, for the record, state the basis for our need for an executive session this evening. One, to approve the executive session minutes of June 25, 2019. Two, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining regarding a letter of agreement with the Teamsters Union Local 25 Administrators Unit when an open discussion would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the school committee. Three, to consider lease negotiations for the Beebe School property at 263 West Foster Street, Melrose, Mass. as discussion and open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the school committee. And lastly, as required pursuant to Mass General Laws Chapter 71, Sections 34D and 34E, as well as Title

A discussion in executive session shall be had in order to consider the application of a student temporarily residing in Melrose and seeking to attend the Melrose public schools is there a motion to adjourn to executive session so moved made by Miss Driscoll seconded by Miss McAndrew miss Hogan would you call the roll please yes yes yes yes yes and that motion to adjourn to executive session passes with six in favor and one absent and we are so adjourned good evening again and welcome back to the meeting of the Melrose School Committee we are returning from executive session on this 27th day of August in the year 2019 and for the record in executive session this
