Present are Committee Members Alderman McSwirko and President Jennifer Lemmerman. Noncommittee members in attendance are Alderman Peter Mortimer, Alderman Bob Boisselle, Alderman John Tramontozzi and Alderman Kate Lipper-Garabedian.
