I am Alderman Sean McMaster, the chair of the committee. Joining me this evening are voting members of the committee, Vice Chair Peter Mortimer, Alderman Robert Boisselle, Alderman John Tramontozzi, and Alderman Kate Lipper-Garabedian. Also joining us this evening are non-voting members, Alderman Francis Wright, Alderman Monica Medeiros, Alderman Michael Zwirko, and President Jennifer Lemmerman. In accordance with the open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV as well as live streamed on the MMTV website. ▶ 2:46 Kate Lipper-Garabedian: have questions all the men with the Garabedian yes thank you so much for being here tonight I was looking at the application and you have a drawing sort of what you anticipate including there's a sushi there's a bar and or sushi sushi bar and I'm just wondering where is the main entrance going to be do you know at the main interest is like you know like it there's the source market yes I think like the main interest in like it they say like an 18 C okay it's a street so I feel like I sent the same thing like the you okay similar to where it is right now okay and is any of the construction that's going on right now on Main Street affecting the building where you will be or is it separate I mean they get I think like two or three block from my store now okay yeah so I

▶ 4:39 application for the common vitally license we also have in our possession a report from the fire department as well as the tax certificate form and as alderman lipa garabedian referenced to schematic layout of the restaurant seeing that there is no discussion oh yes just wondering when you're anticipating opening uh actually no right now i get the permit from the beauty department i want to make the floors nice and making nice i want to make a brand new one because like already over there for 80 years everything's old i have to make a nice one and brand new one here when at least when the people walk in my store they feel comfortable yes you think um like another month or uh i hope to be like two or three months because they when they finish it
