Is there a motion to open the floor for public participation? So moved. Alderman Forbes has made a motion to open the floor for public participation, duly seconded by Alderman Medeiros. Seeing no members of the public present, Alderman Forbes has made a motion to close public participation. Seconded by Alderman Boycelle. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Any opposed, hearing none, public participation is now closed. This meeting is attended by me, the Chair, Peter Mortimer, Vice Chair is Alderman Jennifer Lemmerman.
▶ 18:50 Peter D. Mortimer: In attendance is Alderman Robert Boycelle, Alderman Monica Medeiros, Alderman Scott Forbes. Non-voting members present tonight are John Tramatozzi, President Zwirko, Alderman Bewtra, Alderman McMaster, and Alderman Lippa Garabedian. The order we have before us tonight is a reappointment to the Melrose Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. It is the reappointment of Francis Paglia of One Nason Drive, Apartment 516. One Nason Drive, for members of the public, is the Steelhouse. To the Melrose Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, for a five-year term, said term to expire on the first Monday of March 2023. Mr. Paglia has been elected as the tenant representative to the board. And just for the information of the public, he was elected by a landslide, 81 votes to six.
▶ 19:46 Peter D. Mortimer: As far as I've heard, there's been no problem, the mayor recommends him. It is a reappointment and I think he has served adequately, sufficiently, even admirably in the interim. So the order is before you. Second.
