My name is Alderman John Tramontozzi and I chair this committee. And present this evening with us are our Vice Chair Alderman Medeiros, also voting members Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman McMaster, President Ex oficio member, Alderman President Zwirko. Also present this evening with us is Alderman Forbes, and Alderman Utrecht, and Alderman . . . that's it, I think I named everybody. This is, pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, this meeting is being recorded and it's available for viewing at MMTV and on the website. And I ask for a motion to open the floor for public comment, Mr. Chairman.

Any opposed, seeing none. So this is the opportunity for any member of the public who wishes to come forward to speak on the one item on the agenda this evening motion to close public participation second and we see no members of the public wishing to come forward specifically to talk about this uh there's a motion by alderman Medeiros seconded by alderman mortimer to close public comment uh we do have one order on the agenda and um i'd also like to welcome alderman Lemmerman this evening good to see you motion to suspend the rules mr chairman yes thank you we have a motion by alderman

Tramontozzi: mortimer to suspend the rules uh and regarding order 2018-205 it's the application of ahmed al-sassini dbar ar transportation inc for private livery license one vehicle and we have a second to that motion to suspend the rules by alderman medeiros all in favor aye aye aye opposed sir come forward and have a seat at the table there and for the for the record could you kindly introduce yourself and where you live and so forth my name is ahmed and heisuni and i'm here for licensing for uh delivery and um we have uh your application in the uh order and um it's uh for for basically yourself you are our ar transportation inc yes and um you want to you want any questions from the committee like to tell me a little bit about what your plans are and your thoughts about
