▶ 0:00 Peter D. Mortimer: Gentlemen, it is 7 30 in the evening on February 5th, 2018. This is the Committee on Health Education and Welfare. I am the Chairman Peter Mortimer. We are joined by the Vice Chairman Monica Medeiros and voting members Alderman Manisha Bewtra, Alderman Robert Boisselle, Alderman Michael Zwirko, and we also have in the chamber with us non-voting members Alderman Alderman Scott Forbes, Alderman Jennifer Lemmerman, Alderman John Tramontozzi, and that is who we have with us tonight. We have a series of orders tonight. It's a long list, but before I go into that, is there a motion to open the floor for public- So moved. Moved by- Second. For public participation by Alderman Zwirko, duly seconded by Alderman Boisselle.

Any opposed, hearing none, public participation is now closed. have a long list of orders here tonight and um i think i see alderman Zwirko hand and he's going to make a motion to join the orders that we have here is that correct alderman's worker yeah that is correct mr chairman and thank you for taking um my motion i would like to we have 25 items

Mortimer: on the agenda this evening i would like to take the first 24 and seek concurrent action of those i'd be happy to read the order numbers if you'd like no i i will do that as we proceed the orders that you have mentioned are orders on our agenda and for anybody watching at home orders 2018-67 through 2018-91 and due to events outside this chamber it seems that the last order on our agenda will probably get a recommendation for leave to withdraw. But Alderman Zwirko has made a motion to conjoin those 24 orders duly seconded by Alderman Boisselle on discussion. Seeing none, all in favor please say aye. Aye. Any opposed?
