▶ 19:59 here here alderman Zwirko here here president Infurna here here 11 present 11 members being president and there being the necessary requirement let's stand and pledge allegiance madam president i make a motion to open the floor for public participation second alderman mortimer makes a motion to open the floor for public participation seconded by alderman Boisselle all those in favor of public participation say aye all those opposed we are now in public participation is there anybody in the audience this evening thank you hi my name my name is Jerry Rose on the order tonight 2018-124 transfer from various bond accounts it's clear that four hundred sixteen thousand dollars approximately is being allocated toward replacing part of the high school roof

▶ 21:15 that wasn't replaced back in was a 2011 2012 but there were three hundred and thirty three thousand six hundred and ten dollars and sixty three cents of items called quote school repairs which is a large amount of money for it not to be itemized what those school repairs are toward and and I'd like to see that before you approve this kind of funding that we understand what those school repairs are and we know what the alternatives are of those various things are because you know it in the past you know money has been applied toward things that you know in retrospect or even at the present time when could have contemplated that there could have been something different to do about some of those repairs and maybe they weren't indicated as they were so I'd like to
