Mr. President, I request immediate consideration on this order. Alderman Mortimer asks for immediate consideration of Order 2018-38. Is there an objection to immediate consideration? There is not. Mr. President, I make a motion that we set the hearing regarding this order for November 30th at 7.30 p.m. Could you please make a motion to suspend the rules first?
