Present with us this evening from the committee are Vice Chairman Medeiros, Alderman Ward 5, Alderman Inferno, Alderman Ward 2, Lammerman, and Alderman Ward 4, Boisselle. Do we have a motion to open the floor for public participation? So moved. Second. Alderman Inferno moves, seconded by Alderman Boisselle. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? It is order number 2018-24, the application of Abu Dizarak Ali Atayah doing business as Metro Taxi, LLC, for a Hackney carriage license for one cab at the Essex Street stand. Mr. Ayate, would you come forward please? Motion to suspend the rules so we can hear from the applicant. Second. Alderman Inferno moves and seconded by Alderman Muzzell to suspend the rules.
