Mr. President, I have before me the minutes of our meeting from June 5th, 2017, and I move that they be accepted without reading.

▶ 39:57 number two four zero four three three two two this order was the subject matter of a public hearing at our june meeting members of the board had some questions relative to this and this order was tabled for this evening motion to remove from the table second alderman inferno moves to remove the order from the table the motion is seconded by alderman medeiros on the motion all those in favor anyone opposed motion passes uh just for the edification of the general public we did receive a memorandum today from the city engineer relative to conditions that she is recommending relative to the grant of this application hopefully all of you have seen it and the gentleman from national grid indicated to me that he has seen this as well

▶ 40:49 motion to suspend the rules to um bring national grid second alderman inferno moves to suspend the rules to hear from uh representative of national grid the motion is seconded by alden voicel on the motion all those in favor aye aye anyone opposed motion passes good evening uh tim lyford national good electric 170 medford street malden um this pole location um was going to be the replacement of an existing tree guy support that currently goes to a dying tree in on the property of the church um at 200 franklin street and again it is both a pole set and an anchor as well to support the existing pole line that we have on pratt street have you had a chance to familiarize yourselves with the conditions in ms prowakis ellis's uh letter i believe i did yes

Medeiros: and do you have any concerns or questions relative to compliance with those conditions i don't believe so um when i spoke to the city engineer on the phone i believe we were both on the same page and went over pretty much everything that she listed in both conditions eight and nine um and i believe i answered all of her questions to the best of my ability as well okay any questions albany medeiros thank you uh in the conditions she indicates that and i i think you did at the last meeting as well that the new poll would the height should be 30 feet is that correct that's correct and the existing pole is 45 feet that's correct so the new new support pole will be 30 feet will be 15 feet less than the existing most poles that are installed

▶ 42:54 for this use are usually much shorter than poles that have elect electric infrastructure on them because this is just for the support it's it only has to be roughly around 30 feet thank you for that clarification at this point i'd like to move to add the conditions of the memorandum from elena paracas ellis our city engineer dated today july 17 2017 to the order second the motion alderman medeiros is moving that we amend the grant of location to incorporate the conditions that are set forth in the city engineer's letter dated today the motion is seconded by alderman mortimer is there any discussion relative to the motion to amend all those in favor aye aye anyone opposed motion passes motion to recommend as amended as amended

Medeiros: just for clarity since it seems that these are going to be placed on file this includes two pages of licensees for renewed the first page is dated June 15th 2017 and marked as page 1 and the second page is June 15th 2017 and marked as page 4 so just for the public's knowledge there's nothing wrong with the licensees that I'm aware of but it's this list appears to be missing pages 2 and 3 so perhaps that will come at a later date but those are what we'll be voting on tonight right and all of these licenses have been renewed and we're voting to accept them on file and place them as part of our records but the licenses have already been approved any further discussion it's a also possible that the or marked on the second page could just be a typo any further
