With us this evening is Vice Chairman Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Infurna, Alderman Lemmerman, and Alderman Boisselle. Non-voting members of this committee include Alderman Zwirko, Alderman Tramontozzi, and Alderman Forbes. In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, this meeting is being recorded and will be available for future viewing on the city or the MMTV website as well as the local access channel. I'll let the motion to reflect that Alderman Mortimer has also joined us this evening, a non-voting member. Alderman Medeiros moves to open the floor for public participation, seconded by Alderman

It's order 2017-167, communication from the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission regarding a keynote-to-go license at Bob's Market, 163 West Wyoming Ave. in Melrose. This order came before us previously for immediate consideration, and the board, as a full board, sent a letter of objection to the lottery objecting to a live Kino monitor at Bob's Market.

I'll read it for the information for the public.
