It's really good to see. My brother and I both wrestled for Francis Ball way back in the day. Tim might remember Francis Ball. Jim might remember Francis Ball.

In light of that, there's a resolution offered by me and by President Kahn and Mayor Dolan, and this is the resolution. It's a resolution recognizing the accomplishments of the 2016-2017 Melrose High School wrestling team. Whereas the 2016-2017 Melrose High School wrestling team under the leadership and direction of coach Jim Blila and assistant coach Tim Morris, along with captains Colin Casey, Antonio DiFronzo, and Patrick Whalen, were the Whalen Tournament team Champions, the North Sectional Team Champions, and the Division III State Tournament Champions. And whereas the team had a 21-1 record and Coach Jim Bleiler was named the Middlesex

And whereas, wrestlers Hunter Adrian, Mike Calvert, Antonio DiFronzo, Jacob Fortier, Sean Herbert, Stephen McIntosh, Cameron Rosey, Isaac Saeed, Patrick Weyland were selected as Middlesex League All-Stars, and other members of the team, including Victor Rodriguez and Mandip Singh, contributed the overwhelming success of the team season. And whereas Hunter Adrian and Antonio DeFranza were named Boston Herald All Scholastic Athletes and Hunter Adrian was named a Boston Globe All Scholastic Athlete, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Aldermen recognizes and applauds these achievements and records these

I have a bunch of materials that I received last week. tomorrow those materials are going to be finalized so instead of in the course of redundancy and sending you estimated information i will be able to send you more final information there is the hope that a meeting will be in place on may 8th where the water and sewer committee will come before you with a bunch of orders it is my hope that this information will uh oh i will send this to you beforehand to give you days of review and if you have any questions and you guys can be prepared uh for for may 8th that that is my goal there's a couple of things

Forbes: that that were discussed i just wanted to bring to your attention there was discussion about using uh retained earnings to make the final payment on the water and sewer reserve accounts uh if that does uh if that does come to fruition that would be no fy 18 allocation in the budget to water and sewer reserves that's one of the things that we were talking about last week we'll continue to talk about that tomorrow meter project is 92 percent complete citywide there are 460 accounts estimated that still have not converted over there is a proposal that's being discussed for a manual read fee at 25 a quarter there have been multiple letters and door knockers set on these these households so it would start out at 25 a quarter which would

Forbes: increase in 25 increments up to a hundred dollars a quarter which would stay in place until the the meters replaced as one of the things that we will be talking about and probably be coming before this board next week as far as the rates we are going to be using the same rate model as last year that is the recommendation of the committee because of that we did make the decision not to bring on a consultant this year because we felt after setting everything in place there was no need to to bring on a consultant MW IRA usage is it did go down it is the lowest in three years shows that residents are consuming start conserving I'm sorry Thank You Alderman Mortimer and finally the we are going to have
