With us this evening for the committee is Vice Chairman Monica Medeiros, Alderman Infurna, Alderman Boisselle, and Alderman Lemmerman. Also present from the full board is Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Forbes, Alderman Zwirko, and Alderman Tramontozzi. I'm Mary Beth McAteer-Margos, the chairperson, and we have one order before us this evening. It is order number 2016-207, an application of Sitanyahu Silesi, business as adama taxi for a hackney carriage license at the essex street stand madam chairman yes and in accordance with the open meeting law we are being recorded for future reference would you recognize the motion to open for public participation yes second uh all in favor aye
