With us this evening from the committee is Ward 5, Alderman Inferna, Ward 4, Alderman Boisselle, and Ward 2, Alderman Lemmerman. Also with us is President Kahn and non-voting members, Ward Six, Peter Mortimer, Ward Seven, Scott Forbes, Ward One, John Trematozzi, and Alderman-at-Large, Mike Serpo. Thank you for joining us. We have a number of things on our agenda this evening. The first order. Motion to offer for public participation. ▶ 5:06 Mary Beth McAteer-Margolis: licenses not renewed we have a motion to place this on file thanks on file motion seconded by Alderman Inferno all in favor aye opposed that motion carries we will place that order on file the next order is 2 0 1 6 dash 1 8 4 it's a hackney carriage taxi license is renewed commencing May 1st again we have a list of satellite senses that have been approved there are nine that have been renewed there are still nine available for a total of 18 do we have a motion to place this order on file so move second Alderman Inferno moves seconded by Alderman was out all in favor aye opposed please let the record reflect that Alderman Medeiros has also joined us. I apologize for not acknowledging that earlier.

Aye. Opposed? Thank you. Motion to adjourn. No, we have one more, 2016-186, the livery car licenses that have been renewed commencing May 1st.
