▶ 45:09 Mary Beth McAteer-Margolis: closed public participation all in favor aye opposed public participation is closed we have two orders before us this evening the first is order number two 016-117 it's an order accepting the fiscal year 16 state 9-1-1 support and incentive grant from the commonwealth of massachusetts executive office of public safety in the amount of fifty six thousand one hundred and eighty seven dollars to fund number two five nine five we are still under suspension of the rules and i see chief lyle with us this evening would you like to come forward and speak to us on this chief thank you good evening pretty fortunate again to receive this grant we applied for this grant last june and it didn't come out till late fall and we got approval
▶ 46:07 on february 29th it the majority of the grant goes to support officers salaries portions of their salaries for the fiscal year which started in july so we're kind of at the tail end of it and then there's some other small items 300 to maintain our it 911 room air conditioner the service contract for that annually in addition we have a playback system for all our 911 calls and this covers the service contract for that as well and then there's a small item of 6376 it's for uh cds that we burn for the da's office when they request to go to court for a 9-1-1 recording that's pretty much it is there anybody on the committee that has any questions for the chief regarding this order motion to recommend for passage alderman lemon moves to recommend second
