With us this evening is vice-chair Monica Medeiros, Mary Beth Marketeer-Margolis, Alderman Lemmerman, and also present this evening for his non-voting members are Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Forbes, and Alderman Byrd. At this time, I will say that we are being recorded by MMTV, and is there a motion for public participation? So moved. Second. This is a time that anybody in the public would come sit before us and say anything. Motion to close. Alderman Medeiros makes a motion to close public participation. Seconded by? seconded by Alderman Lemmerman all those in favor of closing public participation say aye all those opposed public participation is closed and we have one order before us this evening it's ordered 2016-3 the reappointment of John Ford of 31 Magnolia Street to the traffic commission for a five-year term said term to expire on the first Monday in June 2020 John has been a member of of the Traffic Commission, so this is a reappointment.
