This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public may speak to any item on the agenda just take my glasses off to see who's in the distance i don't think anyone's looking to speak in here do we have anyone mr clerk virtually we do not have anyone we do not so we have no one looking to speak in public comment so i will move by unanimous consent to close public comment seeing no objection public comment is now closed we have five orders before us tonight and we do have one order that involves a member of the public seeking appointment to a commission so i would entertain a motion to take order 2022-86 out of order so that we can hear from ms apple and mr mayor broder
