▶ 45:50 Jen Grigoraitis: uh councillor Grigoraitis mr president i would like to motion at this time to pull up order 2022-69 permanent consolidation of polling locations to the melrose veterans memorial middle school gymnasium complex for all city of melrose elections um our item number 9605 and sub pursuant to our rule 35 i have a three-fold justification for this the first is that as we talked about in committee this item has been before this body since february 7th it's appeared on at least four meeting agendas so i believe the public has had sufficient notice of this we've talked extensively about the time sensitive nature of this order and that we have to move into a process with the secretary of state's office and lastly i do know we have counselors who are unavailable for what had been our scheduled meeting next week so that meeting has been pushed to the following week which other counselors are unavailable to attend and we have all 11 of us here tonight so i'd like to have a vote where everyone can be on record for their position
