I'm the chair of the committee. Joining me this evening are Vice Chair Vandiver, as well as counselors Chen Occhio, Karen Shady, Koal Park Williams, and President Freeman. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to approve the minutes from our most recent meeting.
