▶ 1:24:32 Speaker 9: us through this thank you the floor is yours all right thank you for having me here tonight can you everybody hear me okay so in December we got a call one morning to go out to nine Wildwood and the residents were in the process of excavating for a foundation for an addition to their house and they encountered a drainage pipe that belongs to the city it was a 30 inch reinforced concrete pipe we came back and checked on our gas and we we had records of that pipe being there so we you know informed the residents that they could not build their addition over our new pipe and then we looked into it a little bit more and we realized that we didn't actually have an easement for our drainage pipe on their property and so um we have been working with the residents trying to figure a way to help them get their project done and also to rectify the fact that the easement was never recorded when the development was done so So this article is a request for compensation to the residents of Nine Wildwood for the fair value of the easement on their property and we had it appraised by a professional appraiser and it has the residents have agreed to the amount so this request is for the appropriation of forty eight thousand dollars to pay them for the value of the easement are there thank you are
