Final item on our agenda is ID 2026 dash nine appointment of Michael Tarny, Taree, excuse me, five Trenton Street to the Melrose Council on Aging to complete the two year term of Margaret Ivans, who has resigned. His term will expire on the last day of February, 2027. And I know that Mr. Tar couldn't be here tonight, so the mayor is gonna speak for him.
▶ 7:05 Jen Grigoraitis: Thank you, Mr. Chair. So, yes, Mr. Tar is recently retired and I think is enjoying a January in Florida, which sounds a little warmer, um, than here in Melrose. But he is really excited for this opportunity to serve on the Council on Aging. I know you have his resume and cover letter. He brings, I think, over 40 years experience as a registered nurse and has, um, worked in both veterans hospitals as well as regional health facilities and has had a lot of, um, work in geriatric psychiatry and also establishing some elder care units. So I think he'll bring a real professional expertise to the Council on Aging.
