▶ 0:03 Ryan Williams: Good evening everyone. Today is Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, and this is a meeting of the Boards and Commissions Committee of the City, council of Melrose. I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams. Uh, and I'm joined today by voting members, counselors Karo, Elizabeth Kowal, Christopher Park, Kim Vandiver, who's also the Vice Chair and President, Brad Freeman Exofficio. This is a quorum, and so the meeting is, will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded, and it's being broadcast by our partners at MM TV as well as live streamed on their website@mmtvthree.org. Going down the agenda here, the first order of business is I'm gonna motion by unanimous consent to approve the minutes without reading from November 17th, 2025. And with no objections, those meeting, meeting minutes are approved. Next thing I'll do is motion to open public comment also
