▶ 1:06:22 Jen Grigoraitis: to speak in public comment. I'll motion by unanimous consent to close public comment. Seeing how objection public comment is now closed. We are going to begin tonight with our first budget hearing and just before we begin and I know Council grapes wants to say something. I just wanted to frame this a little bit for our viewing audience at home and my colleagues. We're trying something a little different this year where we've asked. The mayor's office to have department heads put budgets on iqm2, which is the public meeting portal a week in advance. So that both counselors can review those and members of the public as well. I would also remind folks that there are two budget documents from the mayor's office that are available on the city website the dynamic budget presentation that mayor broader spoke about earlier as well as a supplemental budget doc that goes through Department by Department. I would respectfully request that those documents move to the home page of the website if possible for easy access by the public. Well is before us tonight is the option to move the bottom line on each. Department's budget, we would vote to move the entire budget at the conclusion of our process in June. Just for our newer counselors a reminder that what is our option is to reduce or reject any budget line in any of those how those reductions or rejections are allocated within a budget are the purview of the administration and not this body and I also just remind counselors that at any time is always you can feel free to speak with department heads.
