▶ 53:54 Speaker 2: floor is yours. Thank you. If I could just step back for one minute. I got so excited talking about the budget and all that. We're going to be able to accomplish with these funds that I forgot to thank my city partners and DPW it the mayor's office and the cfo's office and then of course my own leadership team for the time and effort that they put into really considering every single thing that we're asking for and then making sure that you're getting that return on investment. To that end. We are Beyond grateful for the work that the mayor has done along with Patrick Della Russo to consider all of the needs of the school. Not just what's in our operating budget. But some of the the one-time sort of Investments or larger ticket Investments that that we need to be making so already I believe that you all approved or the Appropriations Committee might have already approved to replenish the special ed stabilization fund or maybe that's going to come coming.

▶ 54:53 Speaker 2: the time line a little jump, but if thank you for that assuming that it passes every year we get set about 75,000 back from Medicaid reimbursement. And so there's a person who works part-time in our special ed office to make sure that we're maximizing that benefit. So it doesn't it's not just free money it takes time and effort and so we're grateful for for that. That's a free cash request here. And then we're replacing our English. Language arts Elementary literacy curriculum materials, it's not our curriculum because we use all kinds of resources. But it is that core Anthology that every student's going to be reading at various times throughout the year. And so that's a significant investment. I think mangaly mentioned that it's you know, half a million dollars easy to replace one curriculum area for just Elementary and this is the same literacy is the same at the same time. We through the good work of Dr. Adams applied for the literacy acceleration Grant through the department of Ed and we recently found out that we were awarded 198,000. So this 435,000 investment to replace those materials will be partially funded through that Grant and then a hundred thousand dollars in this year's free cash request and we're splitting the payments over two years. So next year. We'll be coming back and asking for the balance of that so A hundred thousand dollars for that. We're so grateful our micro. Scopes at the high school need to be replaced. They're passed their useful life, but that's a significant investment as well. But it'll last us a good decade or so. There's thirty thousand dollars scheduled for that to support our Athletics and efficiencies and getting equipment and materials back and forth from from the building to the fields. We're requesting a utility vehicle. Kind of like a gator or a golf cart kind of vehicle. This is an estimate. I don't anticipate that it will cost this and we're also today we're emailing Stephen Fogerty and I were emailing with Martha Grover to say like, oh, how can we make the wise this purchase that's going to be, you know good for the environment and also meet the needs of the program and then uniform replacement at $50,000. So many of our uniforms are old and what we typically do is pass them down. So the freshmen get kind of the old uniforms and we bite the uniforms for Varsity. But some of them are very out of style which is important. We want our kids to feel confident and comfortable on the fields and some of them have old logos in monikers on them. So we want to be able to replace and replenish them on a schedule though so that it's not a big investment all the time. We want to kind of get into a replacement or a refresh cycle. So the total of that free cash request is about 267,000 not including any additional money that might be used to replenish the special ed stabilization fund.
