Yes, the budget will be recommended for passage to the full Council last we have ordered 2022-120 re-authorization of city of Melrose revolving fund table as first adopted by city ordinance, June 18th, 2018 in annually, thereafter revolving funds are further authorized under Massachusetts General Law chapter 44 section 53e and a half. Is there a motion to recommend for passage so moved second?
