I'm councilor Grigoraitis your chair and joining me tonight. Our counselors McMaster Eccles garapage. Gemala Dean Stuart Carm chady Williams and president sonella ex-officio. This serves as node as notice of a quorum for the record in compliance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being broadcast on mmtv, and we'll be available for viewing later on the city of Melrose website. At this time, I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment.
