▶ 10:31 Jen Grigoraitis: Thank you, Mr. President. I wanted to make a motion for immediate consideration on this order as my colleagues may have read in their email. This was improperly noticed on our agenda due to a clerical error when this came down from the administration and the order only said propose fy23 sewer rates, but we're voting to raise both rates. And so working with director proya casellis and the clerk's office and the city solicitor's office. It was determined that we needed to properly notice this order which is why it's appearing on our agenda tonight. However, we can take it up by immediate consideration. We did hold the required public hearings on both water and soar and had all of the discussions with the DPW director and the various information in our packets. So I would motion to see if we would be willing to take this up tonight because we need
