I am councilor Grigoraitis the chair and joining me tonight our vice chair. Migliarelli and counselors garapay. Gemala Deen Stuart Carm Shady Williams and president sonella ex-officio. This takes the place of an attendance roll call for the record and provides notice of a quorum in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded in broadcast on our local cable access Channel as well as live stream through their website. It will be available for future viewing through the city of Melrose website as well. And at this time I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment.
