I believe June sorry the month start to blend together and we have been informed that in the license was granted and through our September meeting. We've been informed that the applicant is seeking an extension through January 30th as she wraps of business and Melrose and have that letter in our packet along with a letter from Chief Lyle letting us know that he is no longer denying. The application is moved believes. We can move forward with it in good standing. So at this time I would make a motion to approve the application through January 30th 2023.
