I'm serving as chair tonight as counselor. Gregoritis has a working agent. Joining me our voting members counselor Eccles Garipay. Jamaladin Karim chady McMaster Stuart and president sonella ex-officio. In Louisville call vote this serves as notice of a quorum for the record. So now I'll Emotion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection. We're now open for public comments. This is a portion of the meeting where anyone can speak to any item on the agenda tonight.
