I am councilor Eccles the chair joining me tonight our vice chair Carm Shady voting members McMaster Stewart Williams and president. Sonella non voting members garape migliarelli abramski and gregoritis. This provides a notice of the Quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded in broadcasting our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live streamed on the mmtv website and available for future viewing through the city of Melrose meeting portal. First item on our agenda tonight is public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public can come forward and speak on an item on tonight's agenda. Without objection we can open public comment if anyone. Would like to speak on the health education and Welfare committee agenda in the room.
