▶ 41:41 Paul Brodeur: Thank you madam, chair members of the committee for those who don't know the Knowles Housing Authority is an essentially an independent entity within government so they do not work for the city. They're completely independent entity. It's almost kind of like a almost like a quasi nonprofit or quasi governmental entity. So where the city comes in is the city has the opportunity to nominate or named four of the five members of the Housing Authority Board of Trustees. The governor names the names the other one. I can't imagine how the governor's office wrangles 400 or over 300 housing authorities and figure out who would be great for any particular piece. But one of those one of those slots there are certain set aside. One of those thoughts is set aside for a tenant and Mr. Excuse me, I get trouble with my glasses here at the wrong stuff. So Mr. Barry Step forward to offer his offer his service. He is a resident of the McCarthy house for those of you who might not at home. Probably don't know what that is. That is the the big building in Ward 2 near the ECC of the Franklin School is either our biggest or second biggest property that in the steelhouse being by far our most prominent properties and you'd see from Mr. Barry's qualifications. He's very familiar with with municipal government has worked in municipal government in various roles in the private sector for many many years and the Housing Authority essentially did the job of publicizing the openings. And Mr. Barry was one of the folks' step forward very committed to his duties and looking forward to your hopefully to your confirmation of his role. Despair if you want to add anything.
