I am councilor Grigoraitis the chair and joining me tonight are Vice chair amigurelli and counselors Garipay. Jamala, Deen Stuart Carm chady and president sonella ex-officio this serves as notice of a quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live streamed through mmtv3.org. It will be available for future viewing through the city of melrose's website meeting portal as well. And at this time I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment. Okay, seeing no objection public comment is now open. This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public can come before us on any item on our agenda. Is there anyone wishing to speak here in this room on public comment?

We have six items on our agenda tonight and just for some housekeeping purposes. We will have to gavel out of this meeting by 8:05 PM so that we can open other meetings scheduled for tonight to maintain compliance with the open meeting loss. So given that and given the fact that we have several guests attending including one remotely. I would entertain a motion to take an item out of order.
