▶ 0:01 Jen Grigoraitis: Great. Good evening. Today is Monday October 17th. 2022 in the time is 7 PM. This is a meeting of the Appropriations and oversight committee. I am councilor Grigoraitis the chair and joining me tonight are Vice chair amigurelli and counselors Garipay. Jamala, Deen Stuart Carm chady and president sonella ex-officio this serves as notice of a quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live streamed through mmtv3.org. It will be available for future viewing through the city of melrose's website meeting portal as well. And at this time I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment. Okay, seeing no objection public comment is now open. This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public can come before us on any item on our agenda.
