▶ 24:03 Speaker 2: I'm Vining Reese. I'm the city engineer. I have a representative Moses from Ingrid here with me and we've already presented this to the committee previously. We don't have quite such a passionate argument to make but we do want to petition for the Granite location for these utility poles.
