MacMaster: At this time if there's no objection the chair seeks unanimous consent to approve the meeting minutes from the last regular meeting of the city council in November 14th, 2022. Seeing no objection those minutes are approved without reading at this time. I'll entertain a motion to open the floor for public comment. So moved second. Motion to open the floor for public comment made by consulate Stewart seconded by Consular Eccles all in favor. I post okay floor is now open for public comment. This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public can come before us to discuss any item on tonight's agenda. Anyone from the public wishing to come forward?
