I am counselor gregoritis your chair and joining me tonight our vice chair. Migliarelli and counselors Eccles garapay. I want to wish a very happy second night of Hanukkah to all those celebrating and also want to note that this provides a notice of a quorum for the record and that in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting will be recorded and we broadcast on mmtv both cable access channels and live streamed as well as on the city of Melrose portal at this time.
