I am chairwoman Leila Migliorelli and joining me tonight our vice chair Jamaleddine and counselors. Sonella Eccles garapay Karim chadey McMaster o'briensky Stewart Williams and president Grigoraitis ex-officio. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record and in cordance with open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on mmtv. So now I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection. We're now open for public comments. This is a portion of the meeting where anyone can speak on any agenda item tonight.
