I had a question regarding some the library update on October 17th that we were going to hold $800,000 of our money for that project. I don't see it in the information we got today. So if you could just give us a little update is Eddie hundred thousand on hold for the library project. It's not how how we participating and

▶ 2:31:57 Paul Brodeur: nutshell version is this we have a little bit over a million dollars in I guess I'll call completely uncommitted art of funds. There's a couple of it. There's money. We've already spent there's money that is more or less encumbered or that we have committed to spending that. if something awful If you could potentially vary the theme on that and we have a little bit over a million as I said, there's completely unencumbered. That we want to hold off on with one exception and I'll fill you in on and that could easily be devoted to the library. We don't need to freeze that money for long Visa Visa library because we expect checked with Miss Gaffey today that the bids to be issued for the equipment. The I think they call it fnf should be out sometime in the spring. So I have a lot more certainty around that in the in a reasonably short time frame the one the one exception that I want to talk about to the the moratorium on spending as I did authorize about $60,000 for the repair of a window at the Franklin school. If you have a chance to look at the infrastructure the Franklin this one window in particular. Isn't very tough shape. It's leaking and we have an opportunity because there's a state bid list for this and we found a contract that has availability over April vacation. We're going to take the opportunity to fix that window. The frustrating part of that is twofold the Franklin needs a lot more work in a lot of its windows and the roof. Our original plan was not as reactive as this sounds like because it is was to use the accelerator repair program that we use for the Hoover roof and the horse and roof as you all may recall that program has been at least temporarily. Halted as the school building assistance folks tried to more fully fund existing Renovations and tear down their bigger projects their Prime projects. It was certainly one of the reasons for only doing one is to preserve as much arpa money as possible. But also in the hopes that that program will get turned back on in some reasonable amount of time. That's all it the full fix at the Franklin is a fairly expensive proposition.
