▶ 18:45 Speaker 3: So we are here today to present the workplace safety and education grant that the human resources department along with Public Works applied in the fall of last year. The grant was awarded this past December in the amount of 8,200 and there is no City match required for this grant. The purpose behind the grand is to provide education and through preventative measure to ensure workplace safety to reinforce best practices and ensure employees health and reduce any potential workers comp expenses and other Associated expenses with workplace injuries or accidents. The grant consists of two trainings that were identified osha10 training and defensive driving training in this trainings need to be complete by June 30th of this year. And therefore Gemini are here today to respectfully ask the council to accept this grant.
